Franklin Park Zoo

Today we went to the Franklin Park Zoo with the moms and babes from our play group. The zoo itself was okay, a little bland, but we all had a good time. The best exhibit was the gorillas. A momma gorilla saw us crowded around the glass and came to sit in front while she nursed her baby. It was pretty nice of her, I thought. The kids especially enjoyed the playground at the end.

They got to get up real close to the gorilla's which made it fun for them, I think. The other exhibits seemed less interesting to them because the animals were so far away.
